Notta cake walk (1403)

 During this routine, someone asked to have the  instructor back  that subbed for me the week before ... It must have been a cakewalk,hence the name for  this routine :-)  Pick whatever music you want. This is a moderate gear set except for the climb at he end of each set.

 20 seconds each skill back and forth 4 times through then move onto the next set and finish with mini hill/surge.

1) jumps,run

 2) hover, run

3) standing sprint, run

4) squats, run

After the sets, go right into a 1 minute hill climb at gear 8. Add gear every 15 seconds with a hard 5 second surge at each add on of gear. By the end of this mini climb they should be huffing & puffing and very ready for about 90 seconds recovery.  Recover and hit 'em again, twice if you have time !!
