Havana Gang Brawl - warm up Pencil full of lead - Fast flat Crazy - Easy hill, increase resistance every 30 seconds Voodoo people - jog/run/sprint Shut up - hill, into mountain Shoot the runner - jumps Runaway baby - sprints (in chorus) Bongo Bong - 30s seated, add resistance 30s stand, 15s upright, 15s running man, 15s recovery, repeat Hot chilli woman - fast flat, add resistance after each minute Ruby - sprint in chorus Lollipop - Hill into moutain Under the bridge - cool down
