This is a challenging routine with a ton of variety! My classes really enjoy it when I change it up!
1) Out of Touch, Warm up 2) Rolling in the Deep, Standing/seated climb-every :30, stand or sit and add resistance. 3)These Days, STAY OUT OF THE SADDLE! Go into a standing climb and sprint on the chorus. 4) Lonely Boy, Alternate standing run/climb adding resistance every :60. 5) Hold on Loosely, Seated climb adding resistance every :20 6)I Gotta Feeling, Interval: Climb-hover-lifts @ :30 seconds each 7)I'm the Only One, Climb: alternate adding 2 turns and taking one off every :30. 8)Shark in the Water, keep a race pace and add turns to target obliques. 9) Mercy, Isolation pyramid and Standing Run : 0:15/0:15 x 2, :30/:15 x2, :45/run for the remainder of the song. 10)Take over control, Lifts with sprints on chorus 11)Like a Prayer, Climb: add 1 turn every :60 x 3, then take 1/2 turn off every :45 to the end of the song. 12)Pyro, cool down
