search "drill definitions" under the home page under routines and find info about things like "rock and roll" and other cycling drills

levels......run or jog...u can add double time standing or seated 

Work out....seated climb....use resistance until your pedal stroke matches the bass drum beat

free....attacks

always on my mind...attacks

right way....attacks

salvation....attacks

(the attack drill above is do 4 X :15 then 4 X :30 then 4 X :45 then 1:00 if u like...do as much or as little of this as u want and add rests anytime u want to ....I also add time between each set to  either spin it out in saddle or out)

short skirt...rolling hills

everybody.....:45 heavy climb with :15 rest

break the ice....jumps

move ya body....hover climb with rock and roll
