I use this routine when I'm teaching a full Spin class... something for everyone, motivating..etc..

1. Beautiful Day (U2) -warmup

2. Moves Like Jagger (Maroon 5) - 6 count jumps

3. Slither (Velvet Revolver) - Hill interval- low, med, high- all 3 hand positions

4. End of the World (REM) - seated fast pace

5. Sandstorm (Darude) - 8 count jumps

6. Lose Yourself (Eminem) - difficult hill

7. Gotta Get Through This (Daniel Bedingfield) - standing run, standing sprint

8. Let it ROck - hill, 3rd position, quick cadence w/ the music

9. Bodies (Drowning Pool) - seated fast pace, sprint on chorus

10. Beautiful People (Marilyn Manson) - standing run
