This routine I am gonna use for my regular class. I am going to give this routine to them every 4 weeks to guage how fitter/stronger they are getting and how easier they are finding it to climb the hills. I have also designed a wall chart visually charting the course. Every song time has been added to the chart so they can see where they are struggling at in the hills. So next time they can beat it.
3 Sweaty Hills Warm Up - Hot N Cold Standing Flat - S&M Standing Climb (Fast) - Love Love Medium Flat (coming down the hill) - Walking On Sunshine Fast Flat (getting to bottom of hill and attacking next one) - Kids In America Standing Flat (Medium speed, harder resistane) - Lose Yourself Standing Flat/Climb fast (Alternating between HP 2+3, like extended jumps - Sweat (Snoop) Medium Flat (coming down the hill) - Make You Sweat Fast Flat (getting to bottom of hill and attacking next one) - Everlong Standing Flat (Fast)- Stamp on the ground Standing Climb (The killer hill, hard as rider can handle) - The Climb Medium Flat (coming down the hill) - Shine a light Fast Flat (Racing for the finish line) - Keep Warm Cool Down - California King Bed Bye Bye - Don't Speak ***Yes I have Miley Cyrus The Climb, if you have not heard this song this is by far the best climbing song you will ever hear, my riders love it. Just listen to the words and you will see what I mean.)
