A real feel good class with some fantastic tunes to keep all participants motivated. Starts tough and finishes even TOUGHER! The hardcore spinners will LOVE IT but also a great class for complete beginners.
Track 1. Happy Boys & Girls (Aqua) - A great feel good tune to get the class motivated and create a fun vibe for the class ahead.
Track 2.3.4 Raindrops (Basemant Jaxx) Die Another Day (Madonna) Till The World Ends (Britney Spears) - All tracks standing; For Raindrops - include sprints and start off with a low resistance, For Die Another Day - quite a high resistance and use alternate legs for chorus, For Till The World Ends - Gradually increase resistance through the track and finish with sprints.
Track 5. Edge Of Glory (Lady Gaga) - Stay seated for the verse and stand for beats of 8 for the chorus. This track is nearly 6 minutes long so try and mix it up by varying the chorus with beats of 4 & 2.
Track 6. Do It Well (Jennifer Lopez feat Ludacris) - Fast track, alternate between sprints for the chorus and a high resistance for the verse, for each verse slightly increase the resistance so its tougher than the previous verse.
Track 7. Boys Of Summer (DJ Sammy) - Use this as a form of recovery track as the next 2 tracks are going to be quite intense! Keep resistance no higher than 75% and include jumps when appropriate.
Track 8. Notorious (The Saturdays Remix) - Keep the resistance high and the chorus FAST!
Track 9. Invaders Must Die (Prodigy) - Keep the resistance between 50-60% and have 30 second sprints with a 5 second recovery, finish the track with a 1 minute sprint were you crank up the resistance!
Track 10, Every Tear Is A Waterfall (Coldplay) - Cool Down & Stretch :-)
