The climb set I submitted earlier but adjusted for Real Ryder.  Try a real Ryder bike if you can....google Real Ryder to find out more about the bikes.  Resistance and breaks are left up to the instructor

3 X attacks (out of saddle, hands in 3rd and “attacking” the hill)

alternating turns right and left/ :15 each, stopping in the middle X 8

 

:15 X 8 seated sprints...sync-up/ california swing during :15 rest

:15 X 8 attacks

:15 X 8 sweeping turns

1:00 jumps 4 ct

 

1;00 seated climb

1:00 standing climb

alt. r/l turns :15 each X 8…first 4 stop in the middle and last 4 sweeps

 

:15 X 8 seated sprints....sync-up/california swing during rest
