Spicy Latin Mix (1364)

I enjoy teaching this one. I have a diverse group and when a paticipant requested a Latin Theme, i had to make it mainstream.  My class sings along and tells me they are energized and motivated!  This workout is an hour, starts fast, then climbs, and finishes with a sprint.  Have fun! 

Hips Don't Lie - Shakira -      Warm Up

Bamboleo - Gipsy Kings-     Seated Fast and Stand on Chorus

La Langosta - Amarfis y La Band De Atakke-      Standing fast Endurance (stay on the beat for the entire song) (La Langosta translates to "the lobster" and I find it funny!)

Objection (Tango) - Shakira-     Standing Run and double time on chorus

Samba De Janiero - Carrillo-     Circut of Sit, Jog, Run, Hover and repeat

I Need to Know - Marc Anthony-     Active Recovery

Waiting for Tonight - Jennifer Lopez-     Rolling Hills (short strong climbs followed by easy fast flat sprints)

Hey Baby - Pitbull -     Jumps

Smooth - Santana-     Seated climb, increasing every 30 seconds

Maria, Maria-  Santana-     Standing climb, increasing every 30 seconds

Maria- Ricky Martin -      Rolling Hills

Conga- Gloria Estefan-     Standing climb and super slow on chours

I Like It - Blackout All Stars- Circut of Sit, Jog, Run Hover and repeat

I like It - Enrique Iglesias - Seated Sprints on chorus

La Luna y El Toro - Lost Destrellas - recovery on Bike

Why Don't You and I - Santana - additional stretches off bike

--additional fun suggestions to set the mood - Macarena, La Bamba, Volare, Bailiamos, On the Dancefloor, La Vida Loca, Mambo Number 5.
