take california...warm up...this song is a bit long so u can start it while folks are getting ready
on the floor...Jumps...4 or 8 ct...your choice
I wanna go...Jog with seated sprints when song speeds-up...repeat
hello....hover climb with a little rock and roll and adding resistance
just can't get enough...low/med resistance seated climb working on pedal stroke...u can add surges if u want
E.T....heavy climb...u can do times such as :45 or 1:00 with a break or u can do the full song as a climb
yeah 3 x........8 ct jumps to the beat...use resistance to "catch the beat"
s& m....jumps with heavier resistance alternating with hover climbs...u decide the times whether :30 each or :45 or ??? u choose
one more time....rolling hills
good luck(routine named after this song!)...seated climb med/heavy resistance and "attack " the road in the saddle...pick up the pace and your heart rate.....do attacks to the beat of music when it speeds-up
breaking dishes and wicked game are for sprints.......pyramid sprint set....:15/:30/:45/1:00/1:00/:45/:30/:15..u decide on the rest after each sprint
thinking of you.....flat road or better on resistance and pushing the pace for the first almost 2:00...u will hear the change in the music when it's time to JUMP....jumps are next...4 ct...to the beat. Make sure u have resistance to "keep the beat"
marvin gaye....cool down
Hope u enjoy! thanks for your support of music for cycling....caroline Mcarolineb@verizon.net
