·    Tonight…4 ct. jumps

·    On the floor…. Hover climb

·    S & M…r/l leg drill

·    We r who we r…roll hills

·    What’s my name…stand/seat climb

·    Stereo love…flat road w/ attacks

·    Like a g6…sit, stand, hover w/ +1, +2, +3 resistance

·    Pressure….seat climb

·    Born this way…attacks...flat road then stand add resistance and attack...when attack is over, lower resistance and seated flat

·    Machine head…sprints pyramid

·    Solsbury hill…rolling hill

·    I’ll be waiting…sprints...:15 on/:15 off X 4, then u can do :30 on/:30 off X 4 or until the end of song

·   sprints/climbs...Listen to the music...half of class climbs and half sprints...every :30 switch.  U can divide class in half right down the middle or give everyone a #...1's or 2's....1's climb and 2's sprint and every :30 switch until the end of song
