30 Minute Cycle Fat Blast! (1350)

This has a lot of fun music.  Each interval goes with the song and changes after each song.  Its a 30 minute class so we BRING IT the whole time!

Higher Taio Cruz & Travie McCoy (3:38) - Warm Up, increase speed and intensity

Stereo Love Edward Maya & Vika(4:08) - Climbs : Level 6 - 30sec/30 sec spring Repeat for Level 7and8, then down to Level 5 and turn it up  until the end

Time of My Life Black Eyed Peas(5:08) 45 sec Sprint, stand, hover, recover, repeat for 30 sec and then 15 sec.

Welcome to the Family Avenged Sevenfold(4:06) - Split room into two teams.  Team #1 seated climb for 30 sec, Team #2 Sprint. Switch.  Team #1 Standing Climb for 30 sec, Team #2 Standing Sprint. Switch.  (Repeat each sequence)

We Will Rock You Power Music/Biggest Loser(3:17) - Jumps! 45 Sec 8 ct, 45 Sec 4 Ct, 30 Sec. 2ct, 30 Sec 1ct.

Chelsea Dagger The Fratellis(3:35) - Climbs (30 Sec Right Leg only, left leg, both) REPEAT, End with 30 Sec Hover and then Hover Sprint

Bon Jovi It's My LIfe - Standing whole song, throw in some sprints and turn in UP!

The Prodigy Breath - TABATA Sprints at the end!  20 Sec on/10 Sec Rest.  8x's!  End in a pool of sweat!
