Here is a recent rountine that I used to kill my class. The class is an hour and they like to be challenged. I usually que my class on breathing using a scale (level) 1-10 easy to superhard.
SET 1
- Standing Climb Moderate Resistance 1m
- Seated Sprint 15on/15off x3
- Standing Climb Heavy Resistance 1m
- Seat Sprint 20on/20off x3
- Standing Climb Moderate Resistance 1m
- Seat Sprint 30on/15off x3
Set 2
- 30s Hover
- 30s Isolation
- 30s Heavy Jumps
- 30s Heavy Seated Climb
- Repeat Set 2 but add 2 gears
Set 3
- Seated Sprint 1m
- Jumps 1m
- Standing Run 1m
- Jumps 1m
- Seated Sprint 1m
Set 4
- Standing Climb 1m
- Seated climb 30s
- Pedal Backwards (seated) 30s
- repeat Set 4 x5
Set 5
- Isolation 30s
- Heavy (mud) Jumps 30s
- Heavy Hover 30s
- Heavy Stand Sprint 30s
- Recover
- Repeat Set 5 x3
Set 6
- Spin Up's (w/twist) 20/20/20 Fast scale/level 8, Faster drop to level 4, Fastest level 2
- Seated Climb 45s
- Standing Climb 45s
- Hover 30s
- Repeat Set 6 x3
