- only girl in the world...flat road to start and add resistance +1, +2, +3 every :30....repeat
- on to the next one...heavy climb :45 climb/:15 rest...repeat
- Animal...Jumps to an 8 ct
- Misery...attacks
- teenage dream...standing climb with rock and roll
- just a dream...sprint pyramid
- Pretty girl...standing or seated climb or combo with +1, +2, +3 resistance every :30...repeat
- dirt off your shoulders...heavy climb teacher's choice
- dynamite...jumps 4 ct with resistance enough to "bound" out of saddle
- dj got us falling...seated/standing(jog)/ aggressive(hover)...repeat
- Bottom's up...Hover climb with heavier resistance...entire song...take jog breaks if needed
- I like it... jumps 8 ct and you do not have to sit
- magic...:30 seated sprints X 3 and :15 standing sprints X 3 or any sprints you choose
