Killer Climbs with i-mix (1336)

Warm-up (Fire with Fire): Steady speed flat, some standing flat if you want

Climb 1 (Empire State of Mind):  Right into a seated climb for two minutes, stand for two (or so) minutes

Climb 2 (Going Wrong): Eight brutal minutes! Start in a not-too-heavy seated climb 2 minutes. Keeping it heavy, speed up (NOT sprint, it's too heavy) for 30 seconds. Continue alternating.

Climb 3 (Why I Am): Repeat Climb 1

Climb 4 (Whip It): Repeat Climb 2 (only 4 minutes this time)

Climb 5 (Stronger): Standing climb!!! I sometimes fiddle with the gear within that climb.

Climb 6 (Waiting for the End): I do something called "speed bumps" -- 30 seconds standing climb (or longer if you want), 15 seconds downhill, repeat repeat repeat

Climb 7 (Hot Tottie): Continue speed bumps but with longer climbs.

Jumps (Love Like This)

Climb 8 (Stop for a Minute): Start powering down with easy seated climb/downhill/flat

Cooldown (While My Guitar Gently Weeps)
