A little of everything (1333)

I get easily bored, so I mix a little bit of everything into my routines.

1.  Secrets by Once Republic:  Warm up

2.  Just the Way You Are by Bruno Mars:  Alternate Standing jog with moving through positions 3, 2, and 1 staying in each for 8 counts.

3.  So obvious by Runner Runner:  Seated sprints.  15 sec/30 sec/45 sec/30 sec/15 sec with ample recovery time for each one. 

4.  The Great Escape by Boys Like Girls:  Same as above except standing in pos. 2.

5.  Love Like Woe by The Ready Set:  3 sets of jumps 45 sec each set.  (I sometimes mix up the kind of jumps...seated to climb...huver jumps...1 seated to climb, 1 huver alternating them.

6.  Club Can't Handle Me by Flo Rida:  Start in Standing jog, at chorus go to pos. 2 and double time it/ next do a heavy huver and double time huver at chorus/ finally do a seated climb and sprint at chorus.  fun song.

7.  Round and Round by Selena Gomez:  Start with med. tension and do bursts of power every 30 seconds for 10 seconds duration, followed by a 1/4 turn increase in tension.

8.  Do You Remember by Jay Sean:  Alternate standing jog with pop ups from pos 3 to pos 2.

9.  Imma Be by Black Eyed Peas:  Standing climb 30 sec/Standing squat 30 sec/ huver 30 sec 2 times through...when song speeds up, go to position 2 and double time.  sometimes I add in some jumps here too.

10 and 11.  Only Girl by Rihanna and Gettin Over You by David Guetta:  45 second intervals...with 15 sec. recovery in between intervals.  I mix it up every time, sometimes I let the class pick the intervals.

12.  Lets Go Crazy by Prince:  Med. tension ride with bursts of power.  Add in some pushups here and there for something different.

13.  Billionaire by Travie McCoy:  huver 30 sec/huver jumps 30 sec/huver 30 sec/huver slides 30 sec/huver 30 sec./huver jumps 30 sec.

14.  Magic by BoB:  Move through all positions 15 sec. intervals.

15.  Thunderstruck by AC/DC:  10 jumps into a 15 sec. seated sprint 4x's with ample recovery inbetween sets.

16.  Impossible by Shontelle:  cool down.
