· Trouble…..Attacks
· Club can’t handle me…..seated/standing/hover…alternating each for :30 each and repeat and play with resistance as you see fit
· Spirit of the radio…..4 ct jumps
· This girl…..:45 climb with :15 rest/ repeat
· Shawty got moves……sprints of your choice…maybe 15/30/45/100
· Fancy footwork…..jog for :30 with a :15 DT(pick up the pace) repeat until song over
· Let me see it…..standing climb and add resistance +1, +2, +3 ….each addition of resistance :30 apart…..break for :15 and repeat
· Beggin’…..jumps of your choice
· This instant…..seated climb with +1, +2 and +3 as above
· My own step…..Hover climb with +1, +2, +3 as above…..add a dt/attack/push the pace at the end of each climb….rest and repeat
· Whachadoin?.....sprints of your choice
· Already taken….cool down and stretch
