Long to Short Pyramids (1319)

 Good collaboration of everything :)

 Warm up 5mins, 

 

Pyramid #1 (30 sec recovery between each position change)

1min Sprint

2min Jumps (every 5 seconds) I do it based on time alot because sometimes the song will change & the beat changes too.

3 min Jog (double time for last 30sec)

4min Hill climb (Increase every 30sec)

3min Jog (double time for last 30sec)

2 min Jumps (Jump every 5 sec)

1 min Sprint

 

Recovery for 1 minute (I don't like too much recovery as it is only a 45 min class)

Pyramid #2 (30sec recovery between each change)

1 min jumps (every 3 seconds)

2 min Jog (double time last 30 sec)

3 min tiny tiny hill (fast cadence, working just above your aerobic zone-should be lots of puffing, but able to talk)

2 min Jog (double time last 30 sec)

1 min jumps (every 3 sec)

 

Recovery 1 min

Pyramid #3

1 min sprint

2 minute hover (go at a speed which allows you to gradually recover over the 2mins & hit the last sprint hard!)

1 min sprint 

Cool Down 5 mins

 

I used any music. I'm not awesome doing a workout to specific songs. I love just getting some good music and going hard.. Enjoy!
