Love the way….seated climbs with standing pick up the pace (attacking the hill)when Rihanna sings
Ridin” solo…..right /left leg drill
Misery……..standing climb with +1, +2, +3 resistance…each one last 1:00 and repeat
Teen dream…..seated climb just like above +1 etc>
I like it……seated with DT…feel/listen to music to know when it’s time to pick up the pace
Dance wif me, telephone and alejandro….all used to do the drills/sets  of your choice from “ups and downs” routine recently listed on music for cycling…thanks buffonfishing! Good ideas at work here!
If time left…
High voltage….divide class into 3 sections….start off with a fast seated pace(but not so fast that you cannot hold the pace)…..make sure everyone is pushing against the pedals and working…in :30 intervals(or time limit of your choice) have section 1 stand(sections 2 and 3 and still seated) then sections 1 sits and 2 stands and finally 1 and 2 sit and 3 stands….repeat. Really pushing the pace and getting HR up when standing. ….you can also use this song for a sprint set.
