Intervals - starting from hard to easier....

The compliment I get the most is my music selection -- I like to pick something for everyone.  Here is a recent interval playlist:  After warm ups, we hit it hard!!!! 

W/U - Let's get it started -BEP
Little Less converstation - Elvis - Start standing and getting the blood flowing
2nd warm up - Blister in the sun - Violent Femmes (Little faster pace) standing
Bodies - Drowning pool -- increase gear every time he counts....etc
Boom Boom Pow - BEP - Standing climbs, rests during Fergie's parts add gear every 30-45 sec
Ballroom Blitz - Sweet -- Sprints....
Day O - Harry Bellafonte -- seated climb - add gear every 15 sec
I can't drive 55 -- Sammy hagar - standing climb / run ...keep pace with the beat
So What - Pink -- Jumps (with chorus, standing climb the rest).....adding gear every 45-60 secs
Juke Box Hero - Foreigner - standing climb...adding gear every min or so
All night long -- Workout heroes mix -- sprints through chorus
Pon de replay - Rihanna
