A bit like RPM format with cool music

  1. Warm up - Release me- AgnesModerate resistance can go for a bit of a light hill near the end if feeling warmed up
  2. Sprint - You Spin Me Round (Like A Record) -  Uranium 235 Let the music be your guide and go flat out in the chorus
  3. Hill-  Faster Harder Scooter - Scooter-   Turn it up and go nuts especially in the chorus
     
  4. Second Hill- Rock Star - N.E.R.D. Heavy seated and standing climb, listen to the music and in the chorus stand up an pump it out
     
  5. Fast sprint- Zorba's Dance - LCD  Once you hear the music you will know what to do- gooooooooo!
  6. Final hill- Tribal Dance 2.4 (Long Version) - 2 unlimited -  
    Awesome song!
