Yours - Dan Black - Slight incline, standing run on chorus add tension with each set. (about 3 sets)
Carry Out - Timbaland Feat. Justin Timberlake
- Standing climb. Find a tension to hold the song's rhythm. Alternate second position (hands in the handlebar elbows) with right arm back, get low, second position, left arm... repeat through song.
It's All Over Now - Rolling Stones
- Seated run. Run a little faster on the chorus.
I Know What I Am - Band Of Skulls
- Hill. Start seated light incline. Add tension twice. Lift low on chorus. Sit back down, taking the tension down one. And repeat about 3 times through the song.
Hippy Hippy Shake - The Swinging Blue Jeans
- Sprint low tension 30 seconds. Recover 15 seconds. Repeat
Way You Walk - Papa Fritas
- Jumps.
Turning Japanese - The Vapors
- Run low tension 30 seconds. Add tension, keep running 30 seconds. Stand up run 30 seconds. Add one tension, run 30 seconds. Back to low tension run, repeat
Collarbone - Fujiya & Miyagi
- Start seated. Add tension to max, lift when maxed. Add tension when up, get low when maxed standing.
Love Her Madly - The Doors
- Standing run. Medium tension first position run 30 seconds, second postition run 15 seconds. Repeat through song.
Say Hey (I Love You) Feat. Cherine Anderson
- Seated Flat medium tension. Add one tension on the chorus, stand and freeze (isolate. Glutes over the seat, no shoulder movement) Sit and repeat. Adding tension with each set.
Hard To Handle - The Black Crowes
- Standing flat with medium tension (should feel like a slight incline sitting) Sit and sprint on chorus.
A Little Bit More - Jamie Lidell
- Seated Climb
Shoot To Thrill - AC DC
- Sit run light tension 10, lift 10, sit 10, lift 20, sit 10, lift 30. After the third set, add one tension.

- Sit flat 30 seconds, stand run 30 seconds.
