30 sec- Flat, 30 Sec-Seat Climb, 30 Sec-Hover, 30 Sec-Jumps, 30 Sec-Stand Climb, 30 Sec-DownHill

Repeat Above at 1min

Repeat at 90 Sec

Repeat at 2 Min

Then Start Down The Pyramid

All Moves 2 Min then 90 Sec then 1 min then 30 Sec

You Can make it Shorter Or Longer for the amount of time your class is

W/U 5 MIn

Cool Down 5-10 MIn
