Bad Romance- run/ hover

if we ever meet again- seated climb

i gotta feeling- sit/run/hover combos

blah blah blah- seated sprints

Alejandro- sit and/or run (add push-ups or other upper body)

Circus- backwards pedal/ left & right leg isolations

rock that body- jumps/ upper body

evacuate the dance floor- sprints (seated or standing)

Beat it- quick jumps (up/down que is "beat it") (my favorite :) )

Telephone- sit/hover/ run

cant be tamed- run/jump/ add upper body

According to you- seated sprints

run this town- jumps/ hover

i run to you- standing climb

impossible- cool down/ stretch
