I used a few of the songs from this today in my class...hard, major tom and how low.  I did a loop...

  • seated flat 1:00
  • standing flat 1:00
  • jumps 1:00(:30 4 ct and :30 2 ct)
  • standing climb 1:00(push pace last :15)
  • 2 attacks(:15 each)(separated by a short seated climb)
  • :15 sprints 2 X
  • repeat but make the attacks and or sprints :30
  • repeat again but back to original
