Today was Monday...and many times on a Monday I have had a busy weekend and no time to plan a new routine. One way that I deal with this is to download 3-4 brand new songs. I add them to the beginning of an old routine and it works out great. A few new songs will go a long way. See attached i-mix of a few new songs and some I've had and re-discovered. have fun!
