The Colour Game!
Everyone picks a colour and the instructor also!
Everyone in standing position and when there colour is called they have to sit down and sprint for 10 secs when they have finished they stand up and shout another colour! If they get a colour wrong then everyone has to do the 10 sec sprint!
it's really fun and the class have started to pick crazy colours so people forget!
