Hope you guys enjoy this.  Some ideas have come from other routines posted, thanks for the great ideas.

Warm-up. Flat ride 40% Water Stretch
In the End
Glow
Seated: (pushing hard during the 15/30 seconds)
Add ½ turn 1:30
Add 2 turns 30 seconds
Remove 2 turns 1:15
Add 2 turns 30 seconds
Remove 2 turns 1:00
Add 2 turns 15 seconds
Remove 2 turns 45 seconds
Add 2 turns 15 seconds
Remove 2 turns 30 seconds
Add 2 turns 15 seconds
Remove 2 turns 15 seconds
Add 2 turns 15 seconds
Don’t Stop the Music
Flat ride 40% Water
Toxic
Jumps Add ½ turn
1:00 2-count
1:00 4-count
1:00 6-count
1:00 8-count
1:00 6-count
1:00 4-count
1:00 2-count

Right Round
Hover Pyramid Add ½ turn
Add ¼ turn every 20 s
(roughly 3:00)
When the resistance is very strong, then
Remove ¼ turn every 20 s

Seated Sprints (make sure you have a push point on your pedal)
60 s sprint/15 s recovery
45 s sprint/15 s recovery
30 s sprint/15 s recovery
15 s sprint/15 s recovery
30 s sprint/15 s recovery
45 s sprint/15 s recovery
60 s sprint/15 s recovery
Smooth Criminal
Flat ride 40% Water
4 minutes
Add 1 turn
15 s seated ride
15 s Standing jog
15 s Hover
15 s Standing Sprint
Repeat 6 times. Add ¼ turn
No time for Tears
Flat ride 40% Water
 
Add Maximum resistance
Standing:
Remove ½ turn every 15 s until easy. Then add ½ turn every 15 seconds until difficult.
