Sweaty Add On Routine (1261)

38 minutes long with out warm up and cool down.

Start at the bottom and work your way up.

Jumps    1:00

Spin up    1:00

Turns      :30 right / : 30 left

Climb     2:00    add resistance every  :30

Attacks     1:00

Run  :20/ Jog :10   for    2:00

Isolation    :30

Jog     :30

 

Rountine looks like this:

jog,  isolation

jog, isolation, run and jog

jog, isloation, run and jog, attacks

jog, isolation, run and jog, attacks, climb                        and so on

 

Turns are described in Tiffany's routines.

There are no rests, so what I did after we really got into it, was use the jog as a seated flat for  15-20 secs. then finish it out with the jog right into the isolations
