- 1:00 seated climb X 3
- 1:00 standing climb X 3
- 1:00 seated/standing climb combo X 3
- :15 seated sprint X 3
- :15 standing sprint x 3
- :30 seated sprint/standing sprint combo X 3
- :30 jumps 4 ct x 3
- :30 jumps 2 ct x 3
- :30 jumps on a hill(add resistance...these jumps will not be fast) X 3
- teacher's choice as to what is added in-between jumps...either jogs, flats....
- :30 attacks X 3 with lite climb inbetween each attack
- :30 hover climb(out of saddle hands in 3rd) x 3 (resistance and push pace)
- :30 attacks x 3 with lite climb inbetween each attack
- :15 seated sprint X 3
- :15 stand sprint X 3
- :30 seated/stand sprint combo x 3
Repeat as needed.....have fun.
