after warm-up

rests are teacher choice based on the level of your class

  • 5 X :30 sprints
  • 3 X 1:00 climbs
  • 3 X rolling hills 1:30 each
  • 5 X :30 alternating jogs and jumps
  • 3 X :30 attacks
  • 3 X 1:00 seated climb(resistance not so heavy that u cannot move legs)
  • 5 X 1:00 standing climb
  • 2:00 flat road recovery
  • repeat
  • you many need to put above music in different order or use some of this music and some of your own music..you choice...have fun!

the climbs at the end can be  put together ex:  3:00 rather than 1:00 X 3....teacher's choice
