I love sprints, hills, jumps, you name it.  Lately I have had a lot of new comers to class, so I made a big combo class so they get a little taste of everything.

Some songs are requests from people in class.... so a very random list but got a good sweat out of class.  First timers loved it, old schoolers appreciated the randomness.

Is far from boring, keeps every happy as far as music goes.  got a little bit of every style music

Sinnerman: nina simone & felix-  Easy hill, starting at 2 go up to 6, add tension every 30 seconds then go back down

Seven Nation Army: White Stripes- sprints at level 3, 45 second sprints, 15 seconds recovery.  Last recovery is only 5 seconds long going into next song of sprints.

Satisfaction: Benny Benassi- sprint with fast beats, recovery with slow parts.  break down (@ :37, sprint about 30 sec, 10 sec recovery, 20 sec sprint, 20 sec recovery add tension, 30 sec sprint, slow for about one minute add tension, 3:38 when beat picks up sprint 45 seconds or until music slows down, jog out til end)

Jump: Flo Rida- Jumps start with 8 second jumps for first minute, 4 second jumps for 2nd minute, 2 second jumps til the end.  All at level 7...make it hard but good pace to maintain

Shipping up to Boston: Dropkick Murphys- Standing climb between 5-9

Bleed it out: Linkin Park- (hard core song) level 8, sprint chorus, add tension after each sprint

Kernkraft 400: Power Music- Standing, try to keep beat, stay around 7-8 for entire song

i like to Move it: Power Music- seated sprints, start as soon as song starts with 30 sec sprint (level 5), 15 sec jog (level 7), repeat for entire song

Black Betty: Ram Jam- every time they say "Black Betty add tension.  Start at level 2, it will bring you to level 10,  stand when you start to slow down...

Champagne: Cavo- Decreasing hill seated, start at level 10 from last song, sprint each chorus

Untouched: The Veronicas- Keep fast pace for beat of song, sprint chorus, recover while adding tension, repeat starting at level 4

Teeth: Lady Ga Ga- Standing Climb, level of your choice, should be hard to keep the beat

Sound of Madness: Shinedown (hard core song again)- STEEP hill standing.  Start at level 4, add tension every 30 seconds...push for fast pace, its hard the and intense

Let It Rock: Kevin Rudolf- Sprint @ :45, or chorus, hover until chorus, sprint.  all standing, level 5

The Way I am: Ingrid Michaelson- cool down

Rise Up: Diane Birch- cool down

Hope this all makes sense and you try it out, a lil taste of everything.
