Sunday Ride (1246)

This is a combination ride that my classes seem to enjoy.  Most of my rides are combinations of sprints, climbs, jumps, standing isolations, etc...plus a big final push at the end.  Hope you enjoy! This lasts just about an hour.  Of course it ends with a campy love song...I find most members sing along at the end!!  I call it "Sunday Ride" because it gives us a great close of the weekend!!

 1.  Proud Mary:  Warm up and Interval Sprints

2.  Please Don't Stop the Music (Wideboys Club Remix)-Rihanna- Run and climb

3.  Angel (Motoblanco Remix)-Natasha Bedingfield-Isolated Glutes

4.  Vogue-Madonna-Isolated Stands

5.  Every Little Thing She Does is Magic-Police-Interval Sprints

6. Big Combination:  No One (low Jumps) merge to Umbrella (Run) merge to Stronger (seated climb)merge to Take You There (run) merge to First Time (forward Jumps)...all of these came from Powermusic Top 40 Hits Remixed)...this part of the routine is straight 20 minutes

7.  Mesmerized (Freemasons Remix)- Faith Evans-Jumps on a Hill

8.  Do It Well (Motoblanco Remix)- Jennifer Lopez-alternating jumps; counts of eight, four and two.  One the counts of two do them as fast as you can as you alternate...this is the final push

9.  All Out of Love-Air Supply-Cool Down
