30 mins without recovery (1231)

Sometimes I have to teach a 30 minute class so this class was nonstop without recovery. For music I used Top 40 Hits Remixed Vol 9. I hope u like this class, my class was dying by the time we finished.

As stated above there is no recovery and since it was a mix cd the songs just flowed right into one another. Every thing is performed for 30 seconds. During the climbs add just a little bit of resistance every 15seconds. The resistance does not come off until the end of class. To perform an Isolation take the bounce out of your jog, tell them its like running in slow motion, there should be no upper body movement. To perform a hover, bend over your handlebars with your butt hovering over the seat this is to target the hamstrings.

Warmup about 2-3 minutes, then go right into the work.
