This a class participation game that is SIMPLE and FUN.
Instructor lets class members pick a number from a hat and remember it..Do not show to others. The instructor then keeps numbers within reach during the ride. I usually play this game during a specific song..one with fast cadence.
During the song instuctor picks a number and yells it out...person with that number gets to choose technique of their choice that the whole class has to do for 30 sec.
For ex: 1/2 turn right on the gear and hover
We only have 10 bikes so it is a close crowd ...we usually know who will throw us a difficult 30sec...but hey you never know sometimes the quiet ones surprise us!
This is a simple game that even newbies will enjoy!
