during the 15/15 sprints you can split your class in half and have them race against eachother. while one side is sprinting the other half is cheering them on. It's fun for everyone. And they get competitive.
15 sec sprint 15 sec recovery - repeat 7 times.
finish the class with a 5 min climb.
start off at the bottom of the hill (low resistance)
gear change every 30 sec. Encourage your class to stay in the saddle the whole time.
also remind them that once you get to the top of the climb it's all down hill after that.
cool down 5 min.
