We had a request from a frequent class goer for an all U2 class.  This mixed ride is what I came up with and it went really well.  Try it out!

70/80/90=give 70% of what you have, then bump up to 80% then finish at 90%.  Great way to end class!

L/R/B/F=lean to the left, then right, then back then front with 4 push ups before starting all over again
