Jumps…moving fluidly in and out of the saddle…you can use a 4 count(up , 2, 3, 4…down, 2, 3, 4) or a 2 count(up, 2 and down, 2) or any other count you want…you can sit in the saddle each time or just “hover” your butt over the saddle(and not sit)….your choice….. I keep my hands in second position(the straight part of handlebar right in front) or you can move your hands out to 3rd position....your choice…Jumps can be slow with a heavier resistance or faster with a lighter resistance.....to me this depends on the beat of the music....I have to "feel" jumps in a song....once you get the feel, you can do jumps to any song.  Add a few new jump sets to your next routine and take a look at the i-mix above to choose a few new jumps songs.  Enjoy!  caroline....let me know if you have questions mcarolineb@verizon.net
