Great for new cycle instructors or if you use music you haven't had time to map out. Music is really background for this routine. Use the 7 segments. Run through each at 1 min then 2 min then 3 min. Full hour total.
Segments
1. Seated flat run
2. seated sprint
3. seated heavy climb
4. stand and run
5. standing heavy climb
6. sit and hold resistance
7. surge with high resistance
Do each segment one minute each. Recover. Repeat doing the segments 2 minutes each. Recover. Repeat doing the segments 3 minutes each. If you have extra time, do some intervals. Cool and stretch. One hour workout.
