Only add 2x so go big up front! Add at 1:30 then at 3:00

Comfy jog for 30, increase speed slightly 30 sit
Add, Stand and jog 30, increase speed slightly 30
Sit, holding gear and jog 30, increase speed 30

Add resistance every 8 to 16 cts. On refrain Explode up.
Sit and hold resistance then add at 32 counts, refrain, explode

Do a bunch of 30 second intervals focusing on all out. Last few could try with extra resistance but don’t touch the knob after you add!

Intervals with more resistance than you are used to.

Sit and hold resistance
3rd refrain stand and run for 60!

Every 20 seconds, +4, -2 do 3x then hold 1 min. Add 4 and hold on last minute (at 2:44)

Charge into the song sprinting 1 minute. 1 minute recover standing then stay standing and sprint to the finish.
