Warm-up to Jumps! (1197)

A little something I use at the beginning of my classes sometimes.  Changing from seated to standing slowly in the beginning and moving faster and changing seated and standing faster and faster as time goes by until you are doing fast jumps. 

  • 1:00 seated
  • 1:00 standing
  • :30 seated
  • :30 standing
  • :30 seated
  • :30 standing
  • :15 seated
  • :15 standing
  • :15 seated
  • :15 standing
  • :10 seated
  • :10 standing....alternating seated and standing for 1:00
  • :05 seated
  • :05 standing......alternating seated and standing for 1:00
  • 4 count jumps.....for 1:00
  • 2 count jumps for 1:00
  • 9:00 to do the entire drill....add an extra set of jumps for an even 10:00
  • remember.....jump with your legs....hands are for balance....do not pull on the handlebars
  • you can also play with the resistance too if you'd  like
