I've discovered in my class that my participants like to be kept guessing - in other words, they are tired of doing the same hills, circuits, etc. over and over.  So I listened to my class and came up with this routine to keep them on their toes.  The music is geared for the 40 somethings, but a lot of the younger students knew the songs and enjoyed being introduced to the wonderful world of 80's college rock.
