Flat Road with Increasing Resistance to continue warm up:  "Guitar Slinger"  Crossin Dixon ( 3:21)

Hill Climb STAY IN SADDLE increase resistance every 30 secs:  "Run This Town"  Jay-Z  (4:35)

Light Resistance w/Beat - Start by standing to find comfortable resistance (45 secs) then sit (45 secs) then stand & turn up resistance (30 secs) then sit keeping resistance (30 secs) then stand & turn up resistance for rest of song:  "Silly Boy"  Rihanna  (3:22)

Rollling Hills - Ride uphill increasing resistance every 20 secs for 2 minutes then downhill 1 minute, repeat:  (this requires two songs)  "Savior"  Rise Against  (4:02) and "Gives You Hell"  The All-American Rejects  (3:37)

Sit/Stand/Hover w/Beat changing time as a pyramid (30,45,60,45,30, etc):  "I've Gotta Feeling"  Black Eyed Peas  (4:07)

Seated Climb to Standing and Finish Sitting:  "Everything"  Buckcherry  (4:23)

Up, Hover, Sit w/beat in a pyramid setting 8 count, 4 count, 2 count, 4 count, 8 count:  "Evacuate the Dancefloor"  Cascada  (3:28)

Sprint 3x for 30 seconds:  "Irish Drinking Song"  (3:28)

Jumps/Standing Sprints:  Up on the WOO-HOOs and standing sprint through the end of the song  "Song 2"  Blur  (2:02)
