Do each of the following for :15/:30/:45/1:00
DT means double time....move those legs faster....pick up the pace!
Flats.....15:00 minute set
·       Seated
·       Seated DT
·       Standing
·       Standing DT
·       Hover
·       Hover DT
Hills......12:30 minute set
·       Seated
·       Standing
·       Isolated
·       Hover
·       +1
Jumps.....10:00 minute set
·       4 ct
·       2 ct
·       No sit
·       +1 with 4 ct
Jog/Sprints....no breaks inbetween these jogs and sprints..9:00 minute set
·       :15 each X 4
·       :30 each X 3
·       :45 each X 2
·       1:00 each X 1

flats
:15 seated flat
:15 DT seated flat
:15 standing flat
:15 DT standing flat
:15 hover
:15 DT hover
move right into......
:30 seated flat
:30 DT seated flat
:30 standing flat
:30 DT standing flat
:30 Hover
:30 DT hover
right into :45 or you can take a break and move on after that........an so on and so on.....
