- :15 jog immediately into/:15 seated sprint(same tension as jog) X 4 (or X any # you choose)
- :20 jog/:20 seated sprint X 4
- :30 jog/:30 seated sprint X 4
- :40 jog/:40 seated sprint X 4
- this is probably enough for me but you can go on if you wish
- :50 jog/:50 seated sprint X4
- :60 jog/:60 seated sprint X 4
- no breaks inbetween....jogs go right into sprints and sprints go right into jogs....and on and on
- use fast music...see link for music suggestions above
