Click here to see i-mx with music choices to use for this drill.  You can do all of or part of this drill...I think I only used up to  :25 SF when I used it last week because it was the time my music allowed. 

  •  You can do it seated or standing.  You can do it with 4ct. jumps/2ct jumps(instead of flats and sprints)....can be used in many ways.  Have fun! e-mail with questions Mcarolineb@verizon.net

 

  • :10 seated flat(SF)immediately followed by :05 sprint(DT)
  • :15 SF/ :10 DT
  • :20 SF/:15 DT
  • :25 SF/:20 DT
  • :30 SF/:25 DT
  • :35 SF/:30 DT
  • :40 SF/:35 DT
  • :45 SF/:40 DT
  • :50 SF/:45 DT
  • :55 SF/:50 DT
  • :60 SF/:55 DT
