- :10 seated flat(SF)immediately followed by :05 sprint(DT)
- :15 SF/ :10 DT
- :20 SF/:15 DT
- :25 SF/:20 DT
- :30 SF/:25 DT
- :35 SF/:30 DT
- :40 SF/:35 DT
- :45 SF/:40 DT
- :50 SF/:45 DT
- :55 SF/:50 DT
- :60 SF/:55 DT
