a few of the songs used in this routine were not included in the i-mix....i-tunes does this sometimes and I'm not sure why...i buy all of my music from them...but I have added song titles and artists if you want to follow original format.....

1's and 2's game:  have class count off....1,2,1,2,1,2...until everyone has a #.....then say"1's climb and 2's sprint"....we do  that for :30 and scream "switch!"  then the 1's sprint and 2's climb....then switch again until song is over
 
all of the drills used here can be found under routines and search for "the many moves of spinfreak.com".....each drill is done over and over until song is over....rests are your choice
