flip-flop climbs and sprints (1171)

times are your choice....although I will either do 1:00 climbs and :30 sprints or :30 for both climbs and sprints....rest is your choice but I will probably use :15 between each climb/sprint

  • 5 X climbs
  • 1 X sprint
  • jog :30

 

  • 4 climbs
  • 2 sprints
  • jog :30

 

  • 3 climbs
  • 3 sprints
  • jog :30

 

  • 2 climbs
  • 4 sprints
  • jog :30

 

  • 1 climb
  • 5 sprints
  • jog :30

next I plan to do the same pattern with jogs and jumps....or you can use the cycling moves of your choice.....let me know if you have questions...music to follow soon.  Mcarolineb@verizon.net
