Everyone in Class is Standing. Instructor will number give everyone a number (including yourself) when your number is called out, sit down and sprint for 10secs (get them to shout out 1,2,3, etc) when they have finished they will shout out the next number and so on....
To mix it up instructor then shout Odd numbers or Even numbers!
Is really fun and class love it but they pick on instructor alot!!!!
