I like this interval zone routine since it shows the class that you can stil get a gerat workout without constant sprinting or going full out .

Song 1.                       Warm Up 3:58 mins

 

Song 2.                       4 med to high tension 3:47 mins

 

Song 3.                       1 30 sec on/off med tension 4:46 mins

 

Song 4.                       5 4 to 12 counts 3:03 mins

 

Song 5.                       2 increase tension 2x start at medium 3:19 mins

 

Song 6.                       3 Running medium tension fast speed 4:39 mins

 

Song 7.                       1  30 sec on/off high tension to 3, 4:13 mins

 

Song 8.                       3 Running Single double – medium tension, 4:06 mins

 

Song 9.                       2 1 min on/off high tension, 5:42 mins

 

Song 10.                 8 2nd to 3rd medium tension, 2:26 mins

 

Song 11.                 1 medium flat race, 4:05 mins

 

Song 12.                 Instructor’s choice - just have the class chase you calling out different movements at will, 4:02 mins

 

Song 13.                 5 3 position sprints, 4:07 mins

 

Song 14.                 Cool Down, 4 mins
