Song 6. 3 Running medium tension fast speed
Song 7. 1 30 sec on/off high tension to 3,
Song 8. 3 Running Single double – medium tension,
Song 9. 2 1 min on/off high tension,
Song 10. 8 2nd to 3rd medium tension,
Song 11. 1 medium flat race,
Song 12. Instructor’s choice - just have the class chase you calling out different movements at will,
Song 13. 5 3 position sprints,
Song 14. Cool Down, 4 mins
